Absolutely wonderful! A variety of different types of sushi, tempora, and rice on the buffet! Extremely affordable and very clean. I will definitely go back.

Chicken wasn't cooked and sushi was cold. Mind you I called before going and they told me it was freshly made to order.....its not, it's a buffet. Will never go back.

Very limited options and the sushi wasn’t that great. Lots of imitation crab and mixed fish; which for $15 a plate is disappointing. My husband, child, and I are there at it was $42; which we don’t mind paying, but this was not worth the price. I tried the hibachi because there was nothing really on the main bar and it was okay. It’s cooked in an ginger type sauce and a little too wet for my taste, but if you want to get even part of what you’re paying than you need to get it.

The buffet was small but very good. What's lacking in selection is made up for in taste. The staff is very friendly. My biggest complaint is the $15 for dinner. That's the same price for Flaming Grill where you have a larger buffet. Hokkaido is good but not $15 good.

Just ordered $80 worth of food thru DoorDash. Before the food even left the restaurant, they ran my card twice just to charge $1.21 for the ONE shrimp sauce we received resulting in my bank locking up my card and now I have to wait on a new one to arrive. When the food finally arrived there was no chopsticks and no soy sauce to eat with the sushi. The chicken lo mein had zero flavor, the chicken fried rice did not come with shrimp sauce. This entire experience was horrible seeing as how we are $80 lighter now for nothing. We will NEVER be ordering from this restaurant ever again.

The bar was not replenished and about the only choice was rice and spring rolls. If you don't eat shrimp it's not worth it. Hibachi bar wasn't refilled and the cook acted like it was a problem to cook the plate. The "fresh" desserts included pecan swirls and cream cookies. I wouldn't go back.

This place is really hit-or-miss, I went to this place about a month ago, he'll probably give it a 2 star cuz the food was just sitting out for a while. But a year ago, it was great, the fish melted in your mouth and I will give it a five-star so between these two reviews, I'll just give it at 3

Delicious affordable sushi, what more could you ask for? The staff is nice, and they regularly have the news on front and center, which is a plus for me because I enjoy keeping up with the times

We had high hopes and even paid the slightly higher prices, expecting delicious food. The sesame and general Taos chicken could not be eaten. It wasn’t burnt, but it had a strong burnt taste as if it was cooked in a burnt pan. My husband, who I have never seen turn away food, could only eat the one bite. I had the hibachi chicken, and again, it was inedible. There was so much seasoning on it, it brought tears to my eyes. I had my husband try it, hoping he could eat that instead of his burnt/unburnt chicken, but he couldn’t keep it in his mouth either. The white rice was white rice and that’s what we ate for dinner. I don’t know if the normal cook wasn’t in or what, but I won’t be going back for a second opinion. I will say the customer service was very friendly, and I appreciated that!

We love this place. One time we went in to get a particular item on the buffet that is only served at dinner time, but we didn't know that. They made us our own plate of it. The service and food is top notch. The selection overall is lacking if you don't like sushi, but if you love sushi you are in for a treat. My favorite restaurant within 500 miles.

Food could be better. No love in the food cooked for the price. Needed more flavor and a change of menu same food with the last two time I have been here. May not return unless I am in a hurry for lunch.

We looked up on the Google maps. Saw a name we never seen before and decided to try it. It was a decent buffet. Kids liked the all you can eat sushi. It has a good hibachi grill also.

Their ginger dressing is the best I've eaten. Would have given a 5 but a little pricey if you want a small amount of food. Great price if you are an overeater.

First off, some expectation setting. If you are looking for globs of cheap normal buffet fare that you eat until you are in a coma, this isn't the place for you. If you want sit down level Chinese food Hibachi and Sushi in a buffet format then you need to get over here! This place does it right. A smaller selection and cooking in small batches ensure fresh hot tasty food. Yes, you may have to wait a few moments for the food, but IT IS WORTH WAITING FOR. The atmosphere is very nice here, the servers are amazing and friendly, and the $10 lunch price are a steal for this grade of food. The $15 for dinner is also rather reasonable with the addition of peal and eat shrimp. Consider this as a replacement for a sit down Chinese or Japanese restaurant when you are hungry and don't want to wait.

Always a pleasure to eat here,both lunch and dinner. Sushi is great, food is prepared in small batches so it's always fresh. Try the hibachi grill included with price of buffet.

A great selection of sushi and other favorites such as tempura, miso soup, hibachi and seaweed salad! Small portions of the various rolls are laid out and refreshed frequently so food always tastes fresh and crisp! Very friendly service as well.

Always a good meal. Highest quality Asian buffet in the area. Worth every penny of the additional cost.

We have always loved Hokkaido, but tonight was different. I called and ordered “two of the same thing” and added to “make them BOTH extra spicy”. My fiancé picks it up brings it home and there’s only one meal in there. I called (August 7, shortly after 6 pm) and a boy answered the phone (same one who took me order) and I told him what happened and he told me that I only ordered one, when I specifically remember what I said when I ordered. He was silent on the phone FOREVER and multiple times. He then literally said “i don’t know how to fix this situation” ummmmm what?? Customer service who?? Yeah no thanks. We’ll start eating somewhere else :)

Fantastic lunch buffet, at an amazing price... Really can't believe it's all you can eat sushi, good sushi, for $10... And a mongolian style grill where you fix your own plate. Nice salad bar. Good desserts as well including ice cream. I would say the regular "chinese food" section is a little lacking & not that great, but the sushi alone is totally worth it.

I personally have loved this place for years. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and if the bar is missing something they will make it to order and bring it to your table. I like that dessert is included too.

We ordered delivery from Hokkaido. The food was not good. Cheap, chewy steak. The “white sauce” was watery and slightly chunky around the rim of the container. The sushi was not good either. The worst however was the egg drop soup that had roach legs in it! 🤮 I have photos but not sure how to post on here. Disgusting and I will definitely never go back.

Ordered Monday night, 2 dishes, my husband & I both got very ill within 1 hour, have had diarea for 3 days, weak as water! Smelled strange & really had odd taste. We did eat half of it. I hated to say anything. But the more I thought I should warn people.

It's good food a little expensive.

Service is consistent. Food quality is consistent. I love that they only bring small amounts out on the buffet line to ensure food is fresh. They always keep it well stocked. Sushi is very good for all-you-can-eat. This place is my in my top 2 list of Asian buffets that I've ever been to.

Really tasty food for great value. Hot food was hot and sushi was at cool temperature. Lots of choices of mostly Japanese but nice mix of other Asian delectable stuff.

Buffet was amazing at one time. I wish they would open it back up again. I dont do takeout so we have not been back since covid hit but hoping one day they bring back buffet again soon to have my family's fun eat out spot back

Hokkaido had a large selection of sushi and the hibachi selections were numerous as well! They definitely pay attention to presentation and everything looked so clean and pretty. I wished it had a few more selections of warm ready dishes (mainly because I don't eat sushi and I'm too shy to bother the guy running the hibachi), but they did have several and I was able to get satisfactorily filled up on them even eating only small amounts of each. The desserts we delicious as well. Very nice place!
