How much are children?

Not sure, didn't see a price for kids. When we ate our family of 4 adults ate, 3 ate from buffet @ 13.99 each for dinner and one ordered from the menu. Prices range from $3 to $8 appetizers, $3 to $19 for the menu items. They have a nice selection of items to choose from on menu but the buffet has a limited amount to select from, 22 to 28 items. The buffet food is freshly made & cooked. We really enjoyed this restaurant.

what deserts they got then?

They have an entire desert bar but it's off to the side so may not be quickly noticed. Pretty much your typical Asian buffet desserts: candied nuts, cookies, the coffee jelly cake, mini muffins, etc. And the ice cream.

do they have mochi icecream?

Sadly, no.
